What are henna brows?  Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

1.  What advantage does henna have over a typical brow tint?  Henna coats the hair rather than penetrating it so it gives a thicker glossier look.  It doesn't fade.  Henna covers grey better than any other colouring process.​

2.  How long does the tint last on the skin?  A few days to a week with proper care.  Dark colours last longer than light ones.  Doesn't last as long on oily skin.

3.  Is it all natural?  The henna powders are about 75% natural and 25% chemistry.  To leave a stain, all natural henna needs to stay on the skin until the crust falls off.  This isn't practical for salon use.

4.  How long does it take?  30 minutes.  45 minutes with a wax.

5.  I've had a reaction to hair dye in the past.  Can I use this?  Maybe though a patch test will be necessary.

6.  What are the after care instructions?   Keep the area dry for 24 hours.  Avoid exfoliating or rubbing the area.  Avoid applying oil based products.​
